Our Misson
At Fundamental Primary Sports Coaching, our objective is to become an integral part of the school team when we join a new school. Our rationale is that this approach allows us to be seen as authoritative figures, thereby earning the respect of the children. Moreover, building strong positive relationships with all school staff is essential to creating a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Our mission is to improve the complete PE programme in the Bury and Greater Manchester area. We strive to achieve this by delivering high-quality and engaging PE lessons, providing after-school clubs tailored to inclusivity and school teams, maintaining PE boards, offering CPD for teachers, and creating progression maps and assessments of the children. Drawing from our extensive experience of working in multiple schools over the past 10 years, we have developed a comprehensive understanding of what is required to create an outstanding programme and how to implement it.
